Recently management has changed and all I can say is WOW! Seriously, they now have people who know what they are doing and actually want their team to succeed. The team was catty and the manager was more of a "friend" than a boss. When I started at Impression I was less than impressed with the management. The hourly rate ($9/hr) is also better than other salons in the area! Commission is also immediate, unlike many other salons in the area (where you have to wait for gowns to come in to get paid out for them). It's a sliding commission, so you have the (very doable) ability to bring home $45K a year in commission alone. Impression Bridal is proud to present beautifully executed designs that display true value. The sales and commission potential here really is amazing.
